I started my design career over 9 years ago under the mentorship of luxury custom home builder Mike Dumont. I’ve had the pleasure of helping countless clients design and decorate their dream homes in the Greater Richmond area. My design process is rooted in the belief that the choices we make in our environment impact how we approach every aspect of our lives. I believe the spaces we spend time in affect how we feel and view the world around us .I am inspired daily to create spaces that ground us in who we uniquely are, so we are able to move in the world renewed, energized and inspired to impact those around us in a positive way.

I highly recommend Inspired Designs by G. I did one hour consultation and she was able to tell me everything that I needed, including stores I should check! She is amazing and very talented! My old office was one of the ugliest rooms in the house. No color, decor, or style. It was mostly a storage unit. But thanks to Gisella’s input, we transformed the area by adding blue vertical shiplap, a long wood desk with brown leather chairs, a reading area with accent chair desk, an industrial bookcase that removes clutter, and more! G is absolutely amazing. She has a heart of gold and works tirelessly to bring your vision to life. Despite my husband and I changing our minds multiple times, she remained patient and guided us through each adjustment, helping our ideas come to fruition. I used G after moving into my new home and feeling overwhelmed by the open concept kitchen and living room and how to decorate. She was great in listening to my ideas and came up with a plan that worked. She made the process very easy from sending me links to purchase exact items and instructions on how to hang curtains properly. I throughly enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to everyone!

FABULOUS. Working with Gisella was a wonderful experience. She is the most talented interior designer and far exceeded any expectations my husband and I had. She transformed my dark and somewhat dreary first floor into a bright, gorgeous, inviting “home” that I love!! She also graciously worked with my indecisiveness and made me feel like I was her only client at all times. She has a fabulous demeanor too, and is truly a one-of-a-kind. I am so incredibly grateful to have worked with her. The end results are amazing and incorporated my wishes for a coastal design. We have been working with Gigi on our family room and kitchen - and we can’t wait to see the final products! She came to our home to see the spaces, understand our lifestyle and provide an initial consult on what she would suggest. Our vision has completely come to life and our spaces have been elevated beyond our imagination. If you are looking for an excellent interior designer work with G!About a year ago she came up with a design plan for my living room and I’m still getting compliments! Currently she is helping me with a design for my dining room and it’s coming along nicely!She takes the time to truly understand your vision, offering creative suggestions and solutions that I hadn’t even considered. Trust me, I simply do not have an eye for it.She worked with me to bring my vision to fruition. Everything was carefully thought out, from color schemes to furniture choices, and the final result blew me away!Communication is always prompt, and she makes sure I was informed and involved at every step. She will work within your budget too.Hire her! You will not be disappointed but rather you will wonder what took you so long.

I highly recommend Inspired Designs by G for your interior design and styling needs! Gisella helped us transform both our builder grade powder room and my home office this year! She took the time to understand the types of colors and design style I was hoping for and totally nailed the final designs! Both rooms are front and center for guests entering our house and we really wanted them to be warm, welcoming, functional and beautiful. Both spaces have quickly become our favorites in the house and we get compliments all the time on the design and styling! I’m excited to work with Gisella again in the future on other spaces!

Gigi is sooo talented. We moved into our new home this year and knew IT IS TIME to ditch the hand me downs and college furniture. I have never been able to tune into my own style before but Gigi came over and during our 1 hour consultation identified my style and laid out a vision for my whole house with actionable steps. I was HOOKED.Before I knew it, I had new furniture arriving everyday and wow. What a difference!!If you have been thinking about hiring a designer I couldn’t recommend Gigi more!! Her work speaks for itself. I’m using her for every design project. Forever. 😂
